Central Police Canteen (CPC)

As a measure of welfare for the serving and retired CAPFs personnel, central security agencies personnel and all State Police Organizations. The Ministry of Home Affairs has set up the Central Police Canteen System that came into existence on 26th Sept 2006. As of now CPC has 126 Master Canteen which act as Distribution Centre and 1042 Subsidiary Canteen which sells products to our troops and families.

Serving and retired CAPFs (BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB and Assam Rifles) personnel

Some of the state governments provide sales Tax / VAT exemption / concession* on the purchase of Honda2wheeler is giving special Incentive to these customer of repute.

Process for CPC purchase

  • Customer has to select his/her favorite Honda 2wheeler model from the entire range of Registered Honda Motorcycles and Scooters. After taking the quotation from authorized dealer of Honda and approach the nearest CPC master Canteen for the necessary documentations & delivery of Bikes.
  • You need to pay the CPC incidental charges as per the quotation given by Honda dealer to master canteen.
  • Once you deposit the payment & Indent form to the Master Canteen authorities, they will prepare a Sales Order along with VAT Exemption Certificate if applicable in favor of HMSI authorized dealer.

Process for CSD Purchase

  • Customer has to select his/her favorite Honda 2wheeler model from the entire range of Registered Honda Motorcycles and Scooters. After taking the quotation from CSD registered dealer of Honda you need to approach the nearest CSD Area Depots for the necessary documentations & delivery of Bikes.
  • You need to make full payment by Demand Draft along with CSD incidental charges as per the prevailing price along with the Indent form to the selected area depot.
  • The Demand Draft should be in favor of "Canteen Stores Department Public Fund Account ( Main ), payable at the nearest CSD Area Depot. Once you deposit the payment & form to the Canteen Stores Department authorities, they will prepare a Supply Order in favor of HMSI authorized dealer.
  • You have to submit supply order to the concerned HMSI Dealers (link) for processing of the order, choose the bike & Scooters of your choice.
